Our Leadership Team

Kyle and Randi are the Senior Pastors of The Way Church. They planted The Way Church in 2011 with a vision to see people experience Jesus and see the church reach its full potential. They live in Elk City with their son, Titus, and two daughters, Avery and Aniston.

Sutten has attended The Way Church since he was a student in youth ministry. He has faithfully served the church in many capacities. As Discipleship Pastor, Sutten is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and take their next steps in following Him. He and his wife, Hallie, live in Elk City with their son, Liam, and daughter, Lily.

Melissa has attended The Way Church since 2012. She loves to serve and has a passion for people, especially seeing them feel connected, find their place, and take their next steps in the church. As Director of Connections, she leads teams that care for people, create opportunities to connect, and help people find where they belong. She and her husband, Jimmy, live in Elk City with their son, Trent.

Susan has been the Administrative Assistant at The Way Church since 2014. She has a heart to serve and has been instrumental in doing whatever is necessary to move the mission forward. Susan and her husband, Tyrel, live in Elk City with their three children, Meghan, Kynlee, and Creed.
