Media Director

As the Media Director, you lead and oversee our creative teams—including graphic design, video production, and broadcast—to ensure all media reflects the heart and vision of the church with excellence and consistency. Your role includes equipping leaders, maintaining clear communication between teams, and fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration. This role is essential in shaping how our church is seen and experienced, helping communicate the message of the Gospel clearly and powerfully through every creative expression.

Commitment: 6-8 hours/week

Small Groups Director

The Small Groups Director collaborates with the Small Groups Pastor in leading the small group ministry, with an emphasis on equipping and caring for coaches. They focus on recruiting, semester logistics, and leadership development, ensuring coaches and leaders are resourced to fulfill the Great Commission in small groups.

Commitment: 6-8 hours/week (seasonal increase during group launches and events)

Youth Director

The Youth Director collaborates with the Youth Pastor in leading the youth ministry, with an emphasis on equipping and caring for leaders. Their primary role is to lead the leaders, ensuring they're resourced, supported, and empowered to disciple students through small groups and personal connection. The Youth Director also oversees weekly operations and event logistics, helping to create a space where students can encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and build healthy relationships with one another.

Commitment: 6-8 hours/week (seasonal increase during camps and events)

Photography Team Captain

As the Photography Team Captain, you play a key role in capturing and telling the story of what God is doing in our church each weekend. Your leadership helps ensure that every moment is documented with excellence and purpose, while also supporting, encouraging, and equipping your team. This role is essential in creating a culture where your team feels valued, grows in their abilities, and uses their gifts to help others see and experience what God is doing in our church.

Commitment: 2-3 hours/week

Parking Lot Team Captain

As the Parking Lot Team Captain, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized first impression for every person who arrives at church. Your leadership helps set the tone before anyone even walks through the doors, ensuring guests feel seen, safe, and cared for from the moment they pull in. You will equip your team to serve with energy, awareness, and intentionality. This role is essential in fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence, helping every person feel valued and ready to engage in what God is doing during weekend services.

Commitment: 2-3 hours/week

Broadcast Team Captain

As the Broadcast Team Captain, you play a vital role in extending the reach of what God is doing in our church beyond the room. You will lead and equip your team of camera operators and those involved in recording and publishing, helping them serve with excellence, consistency, and purpose. This includes overseeing the capture of the message, ensuring quality audio and video, and managing the timely publishing of content across platforms. This role is essential in creating a distraction-free and engaging viewing experience, helping more people access and be impacted by the message each week.

Commitment: 2-3 hours/week

Small Group Coach

As a Small Group Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting and encouraging Small Group Leaders, helping to equip them as they lead and disciple others. Your responsibilities will include regularly praying for Small Group Leaders, staying connected with them, providing guidance, and helping raise up new leaders. This role is essential to fostering growth, care, and community within our church.

Commitment: 1-2 hours/week
